The steering tool for your business
The brand platform is where the vision, mission, tone of voice, visual elements and other brand expressions are defined. A strategic and authentic brand platform is a useful tool and should be aligned with the company’s strategic plan for full effect.
With the brand platform you, the company or/and the team can agree and define clear tasks and events to reach the goals. Coming from a design and brand background, this was one of the first strategic documents and tools worked on.
Later, down the line, I had a revision of the brand platform together with Leidar and Ingrid Helsingen Warner making sure we had a clear view of our North star.
It is a valuable exercise to revise the brand platform and strategy regularly to check if your targets align with your actions, and that your brand has consistency in all channels and across all platforms, from staff meetings to billboards, signage or emails.
Your brand platform can be a short document, it can be a printed booklet, or it can be a digital platform containing downloads. Bear in mind that a brand platform has many names, but for it to be in good shape it should consist of:

In addition to having the brand platform in place working out a strategy and plan for the company/product's communications, marketing and PR is necessary.

The logo is inspired by Antoine de Pluvinel’s invention of working the horse between the two pilars to build suppleness and impulsion in the horse riding.
